Manulife’s Career of Excellence and Opportunities (C.E.O.) Program is a career development platform especially tailored to those who aspire to future leadership positions.

Entry Requirements for Elite C.E.O. Program:

Age 25-55
Holder of bachelor’s degree (or higher qualification)
With an annual income of HKD360,000 (or above)
Has solid working experience, is self-motivated and passionate about the financial planning industry

Entry Requirements for Young C.E.O. Program:

Age 21-30
Holder of bachelor’s degree (or higher qualification)
No income proof is required
Not been registered with HKFI / PIBA / CIB / IA

Introductory Training Course I

The course consists of classroom training, case studies and interactive sessions. Candidates will acquire financial planning skills and learn to make full use of advanced wealth management tools developed by Manulife.
